Solution:

When earth is rotates for 1 hour, the sun would observe 15 degrees of earth’s longitude.

In total of 24 hours, earth covers 360 degree longitude.

While dividing 360 by 24, we obtain the result as 15.

Thus, in 1 hour, the sun would face 15 degrees of longitude at a time.

It depends on how many lines you suppose to draw.

If you draw longitudes at one degree interval, you will get 360 lines and the lines face the sun 360 times daily.

If you draw longitudes at five degree interval, the lines will face the sun 72 times daily.

Here I conclude every line will face the sun in a day.
