yes i agree to this statement as if there would be no atmosphere then earth would be a barren land as biosphere in which we live is composed of three layers- atmosphere,lithosphere and hydrosphere. Atmosphere is a blanket of air that surrounds the earth and if it would be not there then there would be no human being or plants or any creature on earth as to survive on earth we need oxygen and plants need carbon dioxide and if there would be no atmosphere then there would be no prescnce of air and everything would be destroyed here.

Yes, the above statement is true because without atmosphere life on earth is difficult to survive.There would be no oxygen and breathing would become impossible. Moreover, The ultraviolet rays of the sun would enter directly because there would be no protective shield that is the atmosphere
