yes, bcoz earth comprises 70% of water.
So it is obvious that it will mostly look blue when seen from space.
thats why earth is also known as Blue Planet

yess!!!!the reason behind this is that the earth consists of 70%of water............ there are many seas ,oceans etc.which cover more space then the land on earth.

ojaswii: i would like to add to my answer that the blue colour comes from the reflection of sunlight ....do remember water does not have any colour.
