Then,
Volume of the total cube = (20cm)^3 = 8000cm^3
Volume of the small cube = (5cm)^3 = 125cm^3

Then,

$no. \: of \: cubes = \frac{volume \: of \: the \: total \: cube}{volume \: of \: each \: small \: cube}$

$= \frac{ {8000 \: cm}^{3} }{ {125 \: cm}^{3} } = 64$

Answer. 64 small blocks can be formed.
