  1. Globalisation has some negative impacts on employment and working conditions of workers.
  2. Due to coming of new technology output increases but employment opportunity decreases.
  3. The impact of globalisation has been seen more urban areas and comparatively less in rural areas.
  4. Globalisation has been beneficial to large industries whereas small producers have suffered.
  5. The government has also given in to the pressure of MNCs and made labour laws flexible. WTO has been pressuring the developing Nations like India to remove subsidies.
