if the sun disappears miraculously all other object including our earth would continue to move in forward motion or in a straight line motion of into space instead of following the circular orbit.

or if the sun disappears the plant could not continue the process of photosynthesis because we all know that sun is the ultimate source of energy for all living organisms and plant is also living organism if plant could not continue the process of photosynthesis they could not make a food for humans as well as animals this may lead to extinction of humans and other organisms as well.
