Hey there!
Bullying is not necessarily a physical act but a mental harassment as well
It should be completely banned in schools and colleges
Bullying encourages wrong practises
It discourages the victim from taking part in his day to day routine
The culprits should never be spared and shall be exempted for their behaviour
Bullying can cause serious psychological disorders and phobias
Hope it helped!☺️

Bullying is when you hurt someone with either your verbal comments or you hurt someone physically, that also falls under the category of bullying.
If the student is being bullied the student might not take interest in the studies and will feel disconnected at school.
No friendships at school and will feel lonely.
Will have little or no confidence.
The student can become depressed.
And if there are extreme cases the student might try to commit a suicide too, if no one is understanding the student.
