Excercise helps in producing positive chemicals in our body that make us ecstatic. These chemicals are opposite to the chemicals that cause depression and anxiety. When we exercise, we feel happy and our heart feels lighter. We feel motivated and stronger. So, exercises help in getting over depression and anxiety to a certain extent.
