Explanation ⇒

Electric filed is given by,

E = kQ/a².  [let charge contained be Q. ]

Thus,

kQ/a² = Ar

∴ Q = Ara²/k

For sphere, r = a,

thus,

Q = Aa³/k

∴ Q = 90 × 8/(9 × 10⁹)

∴ Q = 8 × 10⁻⁸ C.

Hope it helps.
