Correct option is

B

A is +ve and B -ve and |A| = |B|

Finding sign of charges

As Electric field lines originate from positive charge and terminate at negative charge.

Therefore, from figure, A is positive charge and B is negative charge.

Comparing Magnitude of charges

As No. of electric field lines originating from or terminating at a charge is proportional to magnitude of the charge.

Since. the field lines are symmetric and same No. of electric field lines are there for both charges.

Therefore, magnitude of charge at A and B will be equal.

Hence, option B is correct
