The electric potential at the 2 ends of conductor are 10 V and 5 V respectively.
5 J of work needs to be done to move certain amount of charge from the end at the higher potential to lower potential. Find the amount of charge moved..??

According to this formula
V = 10 - 5
= 5v
W = 5 J
Q = V×W
Q = 5×5
Q = 25 C
