Hey mate here is your answer》》
Electric current (electricity) is a flow or movement of electrical charge. The electricity that is conducted through copper wires in your home consists of moving electrons. The protons and neutrons of the copper atoms do not move. The wire is "full" of atoms and free electrons and the electrons move among the atoms and the electricity that flows in wires is called "electric current".
Hope this answer will help you..《《

the electricy that flows in wires is caled electric current.
Electric current is usually said as flow of electrons. Even though it is flow of electrons, net charge will remain constant hence we cannot call it flow of charge.electricity is flow of electrons but actually electrons does not flow from one point to another. it is the energy which flows and the electrons vibrate on their axis. Also the charge remains same. hence it is not flow of charge.
hope it helps u.
