Which of the above is expected to have the highest

Answer:

for 1. ---- 1s2 as it has completely filled electrons in the s orbital

for 2.----- 1s2 2s2 2p4 as afyer losing an electron it aquires a stable electronic configuration having half filled orbitals 2 p

for 3.----- 1s2 2s2 2p1

for 4.--- 1s2 2s2 2p3. same reason after losing 3 e- it aquires a stable electronic config.
