a-(A) is metal because it have on extra electron in its Valence shell and want to attain stability,so in order to attain stability it will lose one electron and become stable and accquire positive charge.
b-(B) is non- metal because it have seven electrons in its Valence shell and need one more electron in order to form octet and attain stability,so it gain one electron and become stable acquiring a negative charge.
c-(B) because anion have negative charge ,and as in B it loses one electron and have gain one negative charge .
