Element X : {Nucleus - 3p,4n}

Electronic configuration : 2,1

Element y : {Nucleus - 8p,8n}

Electronic configuration : 2,6

where p = proton, n = neutrons.

it is 30

Answer:

element X atomic mass is 7 mean its Valancy is 1

element Y atomic mass is 16 mean Valancy is 2

so if bond is formed it will be X2Y

mass is (7)2 +16 it is equal to 30
