the magnitude of electrostatic force between charges is Kq1q2/r² where q1 and q2 are the magnitudes of the charge and r is the separation between them.
K= 1/(π4€) = 8.85x10^-12

The value of your electrostatic force is 0.2 N so we need to place these values in the force equation

0.2= )8.85x10^-12x0.4x-0.9)/r²
Substituting r² to the LHS bringing 0.2 to the denominator we find out the value of r² and then it's square root to find the value of r .....and you'll get the distance between the charged spheres
