Answer ⇒ Uranium , Hydrogen and also Helium.

Explanation ⇒ During the Nuclear Reactions, a major substances which is used for this process is the Uranium.

Uranium have two Isotopes, one having mass number 235 and other having an mass number 238.

These two isotopes are very much active towards nuclear reaction. These are very Radioactive also.

Uranium and its Isotopes are used in the Nuclear Fission Reaction. On the Other Hand, Helium and Hydrogen Isotopes  are used in the Nuclear Fusion Reaction.

Nuclear Fusion reaction is very difficult to carry and causes a large amount of energy liberation.

At Sun, Nuclear fusion occurs.

Hope it helps.
