Bro, F fluorine is the element with highest electron gain enthalpy, but all elements you mentioned above are halogens...

Sahil7à: But as it's the element with most negative electron gain enthalpy , it will be Chlorine because in F the electron faces electron electron repulsion due to small size whereas in Cl the size is big enough and electron electron repulsion is also less
