Polo is a horseback mounted sport. It was one of the world's oldest well-known sports.

In the year 1210, Qutb al-Din Aibak was died on 1st December 1210 in an accident while playing the sport polo. He fell from the horseback and severely injured. He was buried in Lahore, Pakistan.
