At normal temperature and pressure,
22.4L of N2 has a mass of 28g
So, 1L =28/22.4 g.

Let the mass of organic compound whose volume is 22.4L =X g
Then mass of 1L of that compound =X/22.4

Now, given that the mass of 1L of N2 and organic compound are same.
28/22.4 = X/22.4
X=28

Empirical formula is CH2
Empirical formula mass =12+2=14
So molecular mass is =X=28
Therefore n factor = 2

So molecular formula is C2H4
The organic compound is ethene.

Hope this helps you.
