According to Einstein equation

E=mc2

where m is mass and dimension farmula is [M]

Where c is speed of light whose dimension farmula is

m/s where m is distance whose dimension farmula is [L]

s is time , dimension farmula is [T]

c dimension farmula is from above

[L]/[T] as c is square so it becomes L^2/T^2

Putting above values

E=[M][L^2]/[T^2]

E=ML^2T^-2
