definitely it will be different. for k shell n= 1 and for l shell n=2
total energy of an electron in nth orbit of an hydrogenic or hydrogen like atom is given by

energy = 2.18 \times  {10}^{ - 18}( {z}^{2}   \div  {n}^{2)joule}
