While we know that the energy of the electron in the first orbit of hydrogen atom is given by the equation En=Eo*Z^2/n^2.

Where, atomic number of hydrogen is given as z=1 and the number of orbit is given as n=1. So, substituting the values in the equation we will get En=13.6*1^2/1^2 which on solving we will get 13.6 eV. So, 13.6*1.6*10^-19 J will be 2.176*10^-18 J.
