Energy of light wavelength= planks constant × frequency

which can also be written as

Energy = Plank's constant ×( speed of light )/ wavelength of light
thus....

energy   = 6.626 \times  {10}^{ - 34}  \times 3 \times  {10}^{8}  \div 45 \times  {10}^{ -9}
thus...
E= 0.441733 × 10^-17 Joules....
