The question assumes that destiny is an actual thing . . . which is a dubious assumption. It implies absolute determinism: which quantum mechanics throws into serious doubt. Even if we ignore quantum mechanics, it would only be inanimate matter that is mechanistically predictable. Animate beings, like us, aren’t limited to mere linear, physical, reactions: we interactwith causality and change our environment and circumstances as they change us. Our causality is reciprocal and unpredictable because it offers causality vastly more potentials than does the linear causality of inanimate objects.
If destiny ever existed, the emergence of life changed the rules of the game. Ultimately, in a trillion years or more, the universe will thin out and all celestial objects will die. But, between now and then, whatever humans touch will take a different, unpredictable, trajectory through time. It’s not inconceivable that, given enough time, we might master space-time itself.
There’s no telling what awaits us. Whatever it is — for better or for worse — we control our own destiny.
I hope it will help you....
