Pepsin is secreted by the peptic or chief cells of the stomach

Trypsin is present in it's inactive form inside the pancreas in the form of Trypsinogen is secreted by the pancreas

Inactive Trypsinogen is converted into active Trypsin by an enzyme secreted by the small intestine called as endonuclease
