the equal sides of an isosceles triangle are 3.5 cm each and the other side is 2.5 cm what is the perimeter of the triangle

Perimeter of isosceles triangle = 2 (Length of equal sides) + Length of unequal side

= 2 × 3.5 + 2.5

= 7 + 2.5

= 9.5

Hii friend,

Let∆ ABC is a isosceles triangle.

Where,

AB = BC = 3.5 cm

And,

AC = 2.5


THEREFORE,

perimeter of the isosceles triangle = AB+BC+AC = 3.5 + 3.5 + 2.5 = 9.5 cm.
