Answer: x=2, Perimeter = 18 cm

Step-by-step explanation: Since 2 sides are equal,

(2x+3)=(4x-1)

3+1=4x-2x

4=2x

∴x=2

Perimeter = 2x+3 + 4x-1 + 3x-2 = 9x = 9 x 2 = 18 cm
