Answer:
2x^2 +3x+k=0, here, a=2,b=3,c=k
sum of roots=-b/a
let roots be a and b both are equal
a+b=-3/2
a+a=-3/2
2a=-3/2
4a=-3
a=-3/4
now
product of roots=c/a
a×b=k/2
a×a=k/2
a^2 =k/2 a=-3/4
(-3/4)^2 =k/2
9/16=k/2
k=9/8
