Let the two roots of the equation

 {9x}^{2}  + bx = 0

be p and q

In the above equation; a=9 ,b=b. ,c=0

We know that,product of the roots of a quadratic equation =c/a

So ,substitute the values of c and a to find the product of the roots of given equation.

Product of the roots=0/9

=0
