                 y=√3x-gx^2/2  _______{1}

Since;-

                 y= xtan ∅ [ 1 - x/ R ] ____{2}   ( By equation of trajectory for projectile motion in 2 dimenssions.

So, from {1} ;-

                 y = √3x-gx^2/2

                 y = √3x [ 1 - gx^2/ √3 ×2  _________{3}

On comparing {3} with {2}. we get;-

                √3x = x tan∅

                 √3 = tan∅

                   ∅ = 60 degree

So, the correct answer is theta= 60 degree.
