the equation oof a straight having intercept a and b on x and y axis is x/a+y/b=1
given that,
a+b=5
ab=6
(a-b)^2=(a+b)^2-4ab=(5)^2-4(6)=25-24=1⇒a-b=±1
we have a+b=5 and a-b=+1,a-b=-1
if we solve a+b=5 and a-b=+1 we get a=3,b=2
if we solve a+b=5 and a-b=-1 we get a=2,b=3
hence the equations are x/3+y/2=1 and x/2+y/3=1

X/2+x/3=1. & x/3+x/2=1
