given equation of progressive wave is

y = 5 sin(2πt+πx)..........(1)

The standard equation of a progressive wave isy = a sin(ωt−Kx)............(2)

comparing 1 and 2

amplitude = a = 5 m

wavelength = 2π / k = 2 m

frequency = ω / 2π = 1 Hz

velocity = wavelength x frequency

= 2 x 1 = 2 m/
