Solution:     

        y = 0.25 sin (3014 t + 0.35)  ........ (1)
we know that , 
        y =  A Sin(ωt+Ф)  ....................... (2)

From 1 and 2 we get
                      ω = 3014     
hence Angular velocity is 3014.
