The equilibrium constant is
Cn- + ch3cooh gives hcn + ch3coo-
Given pkb of cn- is 4.69 and pkb of ch3coo- is 2.25

                    KCH3COOH =  \frac{[CH3COO-][H+]}{H3COOH}

                                  KCN = \frac{[H+][CN-]}{HCN}

PKbCN- = 4.69

PKHCN = 9.31

PKCH3COOH = 4.75

KEq = KCH3COOH /KHCN = 1.77 × 10⁻5/ 4.9 × 10⁻¹⁰

                                             =    3.7  X 10⁴
