Answer: The last capacitor in the combination is short-circuited so only two capacitors will be charged and these two capacitors are in parallel .

Explanation:

The third capacitor is shorted by plane wire this leaves the two capacitor in parallel only

The third capacitor is shorted because in parallel circuit current (i) inproportional to resistance (r) therefore here ratio of current(i3) in third capacitor and current(ip) in the plane wire is given by

(i3/ip)=(rp)/(rc), where rp and rc are resistance of plane wire and capacitor respectively

So ,i3=(0)ip/rc= 0( resistance of plane wire rp is considered to be 0)

So all the current flows from plane wire since current through capacitor (i3) is zero
