When these capacitors are connected in series their equivalent capacitance is 6\mu F

So \frac{1}{C}+\frac{1}{C}+\frac{1}{C}=\frac{1}{6}

\frac{3}{C}=\frac{1}{6}

C=18\mu F

When these capacitors are connected in parallel then equivalent capacitance =C+C+C=18+18+18=54\mu F

So in parallel equivalent capacitance will be 54\mu F
