Degree of dissociation can be defined as a ratio of equivalence conductance at concentration c to the equivalence conductance at infinite dilution. That is it can be defined as follows:

\alpha =\frac{\Lambda_{c} }{\Lambda _{00} }

Where,

\alpha , is the degree of dissociation

\Lambda_{c} , is the equivalence conductance at concentration c

\Lambda _{00} , is the equivalence conductance at infinite dilution

\Lambda_{c} , is given as 80

\Lambda _{00} ,  is given as 400

So,

\alpha =\frac{80 }{400 }

\alpha =0.2
