Which is (-1.5+0.75), but in order to do this you must have the decimal points in the same spot which 1.5 and 0.75 are different, so you must re-write -1.5 as -1.50 (1.5 is the same as 1.50). Second when adding negative numbers and positive numbers  the answer is always negative no matter what. So you should get -0.75 or -.75. since  the 20 it right next to the parenthesis you have to multiply 20 by -0.75 which is -15.
