Answer:

Answer is A

Explanation:

The 2 rightmost nodes are shorted-circuit due to the conductive wire.

Then 6 Ohm - 4 Ohm set and  7 Ohm - 3 Ohm sets are individually in parallel arrangment.

Therefore, the equivalent of 6 Ohm- 4 Ohm set is  \Big(\frac{6\times 4}{6+4} \Big)= 2.4 \Omega

And that of 7 Ohm - 3 Ohm set is \Big( \frac{7 \times 3}{7+3} \Big) = 2.1 \Omega

Finally, both these equivalents are in a series arrangement. Therefore, the equivalent resistance between AB is (2.1+2.4) = 4.5\Omega
