$R"=R_2+R_4=4\Omega+4\Omega=8\Omega$

so, $\frac{1}{R_{eq}}=\frac{1}{R'}+\frac{1}{R"}$

Req = 8 × 8/(8 + 8) = 64/16 = 4 ohm
