We have formula of escape velocity

Ve=√(2GM/R)

M=density x volume

M=d x 4/3* π R³

So

Ve= √(2G*d*4/3*π*R³/R)

We get

Ve is proportional to √R²

ie Ve is proportional to R

Now. 11/Ve'=R/2R

11*2=Ve'

Ve'=22 km/s
