EXPIALATINON:---

THE ELECTROLYSIS OF WATER PRODUCES HYDROGEN AND OXYGEN GASES. THE ELECTROLYTIC CELLS CONSISTS OF A PAIR OF PLATINUM ELECTRODES IMMERSED IN WATER TO WHICH A SMALL AMOUNT OF AN EGG ELECTROLYTE SUCH AS H2SO4 HAS BEEN ADDED.
