 \frac{1}{2}+ (4  \frac{3}{4} (3  \frac{1}{6}   - 2  \frac{1}{3} )) \\  =  \frac{1}{2} +( \frac{19}{4}- ( \frac{19}{6}  -  \frac{7}{3} ) \\ by \: taking \: LCM \:  \\  =  \frac{1}{2} +( \frac{19}{4}- ( \frac{19 - 14}{6} )) \\  =  \frac{1}{2}+ ( \frac{19}{4}  -  \frac{5}{6} ) \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  + \frac{114-20}{24}  \\  =  \frac{1}{2} +\frac{94}{6}\\=   \frac{3+94}{6} \\={\boxed{\frac{97}{6}}}
