check:

p(x)/q(x) quotient +remainder

since remainder =0

q(x) ×quotient =p(x)

=(2x^2-3x+2) × (x^2+x-1)

= 2x^4+2x^3-2x^2-3x^3-3x^2+3x+2x^2+2x-2

= 2x^4-x^3-3x^2+5x-2

= p(x)
