According to Fermat's Last Theorem, there exists no integer (x,y,z) > 1 and n > 2 which satisfies the relation xⁿ + yⁿ = zⁿ.

so the equation x³ = y³ + z³ will have no solutions in positive integers with (x,y,z) greater than 1.

So the only possible triplets (x,y,z) are (1,0,1) and (1,1,0).
