if extension[∆x] = 2.8 cm in case of 150g weight

K×∆x= f
k=f/∆x
=> k= 150g/ 2.8cm = 375/7
if extension = 19.6cm
Force = k×∆x= 375/7×19.6= 1050g
Thank u Hope it helped u!
