∠A=40°,∠B=80°,∠C=60°

in ΔABC, D and E are the exterior sides of base BC.

then,

∠ABD=100°

and

∠ACD=120°

∠100+∠B=180°  (linear pair) ∠B=80°                    

∠120+∠C=180 ° (linear pair)   ∠C=60°

∠A+∠B+∠C=180°

∠A=180°-140°

∠A=40°
