The thickness of cylinder wall with the error limits is equal to 0.34 +- 0.02.

The solution is as follow:

Internal diameter= 3.89+0.01 cm

External diameter=4.23+0.01 cm

 Thickness (t) = External- Internal

Therefore, t= 4.23-3.89= 0.34

Hence, thickness of cylinder wall with the error limits is equal to 0.34 plus minus 0.02 (0.01+0.01)
