Since the cylinder is hollow
Total surface area= curved surface area of inner cylinder+curved surface area of outer cylinder
=2π*10*21+2π*6*21
=214.012
Hope it helps

PrakritiAnand: No

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Total Surface area = Inner CSA + Outer CSA + 2× End cross sectional Area

= 2π3×21 +2π5×21 + 2π(5^2-3^2)

=368π cm^2
